About calvary missions india

We are serving specially for orphan children among the tribal and most backward area where the people are illiterates and very poor. We are in their service for more than 18 years. We were helping them by giving food products clothes medicine and awareness camps. Also we are serving the village children in the educational field. We are giving free tuition to the poor children by paid teachers. We also give them cloths, shoes and study materials.

The main reason we take this Northern Tribal children is

1. There are no several orphanages like in South India.

2. The Terrorist groups are attracting these orphan youth by lump some money and take them to the jungle give them training and makes them as an antisocial elements.

3. the mafia groups also attracts these children and using them for drug trafficking Almost 30% of both boys & girls and the village people are becoming the victims of drugs like opium, ganja Cocaine and some local plants & glues to make them Anastasia

Since it is freely circulating by these groups the younger generations affects so much therefore we view this as a most serious issue and saving the orphan children from the hands of these anti social elements. After our personnel investigation and inspection we have decided to take more orphan children from these tribal villages. Now we put them in good matriculation Schools and give them special attention to their studies and these children doing well in studies and make us happy. This is the first in India that the tribal orphan children are studying in leading matriculation schools and scoring good marks.

But at the same time we are facing a huge financial deficit every year and now we are forced to approach for support from good hearts like you. The expenses are increasing day by day and we have to mobilize funds both inland and foreign countries for which we have the necessary Government approvals like 80G and FC (R) Act, (Registration under Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 1976.) so we request you to kindly consider our request and join with us to give good future to these orphan children.

Bethel Orphanage -India

Bethel Orphanage is part of Bethel Evangelisitic And Rehabilitation Centrer in India.
We are a tax-exempted, accountable, Protestant Christian national NGO.
Our service is rendered to the poorest of the poor, irrespective of ones' creed, caste and social standings. We serve with a holistic Concept. There are 30 boys and Girls in Bethel orphanage and most of the kids have lost their parents by the killer HIV-AIDS. There are kids who have just a father or a mother. We provide them with a good care, love, food, education, shelter, medical care, Vocational trainiing and save a small fund for their future.
Bethel is basically a faith ministry, depending on god for provisions. Our work is supported by few individuals; infrequently and naturally there is always the challenges and burdens for funds.

We need people like you, organizations, philotherphists, employees and people with a human heart to support us financially to "well care" them. Your reward in heaven will be manifold. A child needss 40$ a month for a normal living. We need additional funds during new School year, Christmas and at other times.

Bethel urgently needs $. 2,50,000 Dollors to build a dining hall, study hall and a seperate section of Toilets and bathe rooms for Girls.
I very humbly solicit your free will donations, sent in the name of "Bethel Evangelistic And Rehabilitation Centre".
We live in a remote and under developed set up and have no access to computers or electronic transfers. Kindly
contact the Director, Rev.Arvind Mohan Dass at the following address: arvindmohandass@gmail.com and he will further discuss with you all theings regarding these issues.

Sincerely,
Rev.Dass.T

Help us bring a brother home from Russia, we'll help an entire orphanage!

Okay, here goes.

We met 10 years ago, married almost 7. We each have 6 adult kids. 3 years ago we decided we have lots of room in our home and hearts for a child of our own and began the process of adopting a little boy from Russia. It was love at first sight. He was 9 months old. It was late November, and my husband turned 50 during the trip! We thought we'd have him home by Christmas. Little did we know it would be 9 more months before we got him home. The longest 9 months you can imagine.

We missed him so very much, so much so I travelled alone to spent time with him again, and spent 3 weeks in Siberia in late March of 2004. We finally brought our son home in September 2004 at the age of 20 months. 9 months. We were thrilled, yet the faces of the children we left behind haunted us endlessly. We are not wealthy, and will likely be paying off college loans til my husband retires (I have chosen to stay at home and raise my son). Still, something burned deep inside and we decided to return to Russia for another child. We were thrilled to learn that our son had a biological baby brother available for adoption! We petitioned the court to make him our son, and returned home. That was June 2005. It has been 2 years, 2 weeks, 6 days, and 2 additional trips to be with him. The little boy, the biological brother of our now 4.5 year old son, who was 10 months old when we met him, will be 3 soon and we still do not have a court date. This region is very difficult to adopt from. Financially, we chose to adopt independently this time, but bot adoptions have already cost us well over $40K.  Each time we return we fill our bags to the maximum with donations for the children we have left behind, who stand little or no chance of finding a forever family. We have so much and have nothing. When we were there at Christmas time we were invited to the Orphange Holiday Performance. At the end of the show, "Father Frost" (Their version of Santa) passed out gifts to the all the children (a banana and a piece of chocolate). They were thrilled, yet sadly, this is all they would be getting. A banana and one chocolate!

Now, here's my plea:  I would love to pay off my $40K debt, and "pay it forward". So, I am proposing and promising that for every dollar we receive, 1 ruble will be donated to the orphanage where my son lived until he came home to us, and where the youngest still lives, and waits for us. With the exchange rate, $40,000 would mean I would donate in all your names, about $1600 to the orphanage.

But it goes beyond that. You see, most of the $40K was our first adoption, using an agency - when were clueless about international adoption. This time, the costs are minimal. Our hope is erase as much of our debt as possible and put us into a position where we can "reasonably" think about another child.
